State Department of Finance (Sefa) seizes fuel, cattle, and motorcycle parts 27e3d
Seizures were made in Conceição do Araguaia and Novo Progresso 6z2c4x

State revenue inspectors from the State Department of Finance (Sefa) seized 54,000 liters of aviation kerosene on Sunday (8). The goods were valued at R$ 677,284.20. The team of inspectors operates in the Coordination of Goods in Transit Control in Serra do Cachimbo, at km-785 of the BR-163 Highway (Cuiabá-Santarém), in the municipality of Novo Progresso, southwestern Pará.
“The tanker truck coming from Várzea Grande (MT) was transporting 54,000 liters of aviation kerosene. The seizure occurred because the invoice presented by the transporter referred to an operation intended for another federation unit. However, after investigation, it was found that the fuel would be delivered in Pará. Since the invoice presented does not correspond to the operation actually performed, a transit violation was configured, when the invoice indicates a location for delivery of the cargo and the goods go to another place,” explained the unit coordinator, Maycon Freitas.

The inspectors issued a Seizure and Deposit Term (TAD) in the amount of R$ 371,744.91 regarding the tax and fines owed.
Cattle - The inspection carried out by the team from the Coordination of Goods in Transit Control of the State Department of Finance (Sefa) in Conceição do Araguaia, at km 15 of PA-447, seized 21 heads of cattle. The goods were valued at R$ 56,830.32, and came from São Félix do Xingu-PA destined for Rubiatana-GO. The seizure occurred at the Barreira do Campo tax post, at km 38 of the PA-441 Highway, in Santana do Araguaia.
“The driver of a cattle truck presented an invoice for cattle, and upon analyzing the documentation and physically checking the vehicle, it was found that the invoice presented had already been ed on 06/06, and the transporter did not present the documentation regarding the provision of interstate transport service,” reported the coordinator of the tax unit, Renato Couto.
Two Seizure and Deposit (TADs) were issued regarding the "traveling invoice," that is, which is re-presented after already being used, and for the lack of issuance and collection of the ICMS freight, totaling R$ 6,588.74, which were collected and the goods released.
Motorcycle parts and tires – Also, on Monday (9), at km 15 of PA-447 Highway, in Conceição do Araguaia, state revenue inspectors seized 2,700 kg of new motorcycle parts and tires, a load valued at R$ 133,286.70.
The driver of the truck presented a non-fiscal document of transfer between the parent company of motorcycle rental originating in São Paulo (SP) and destined for Ananindeua (PA). A TAD was issued in the amount of R$ 45,584.01 for goods not accompanied by a fiscal document, which was collected and the goods released.
